This policy covers the Una Clinics mobile application (عيادات أونا), published for patients of the clinic. The app is operated with Bee Developments (beedevelopments.net). It is written so you can read it without an account.
Data we collect
- Phone number and account details you enter to sign in, book, or chat with the clinic.
- Bookings and procedures stored in the clinic system, such as appointment date, service, branch, and doctor.
- Medical and health information you or clinic staff add, including history notes and optional weight-journey inputs (height, weight, waist, goals, and questionnaire answers).
- Photos and files you choose to upload, such as medical reports, chat images, progress photos, meal photos, and InBody PDFs. The camera and photo library are used only after you allow them.
- Push notification token, if you allow alerts for bookings and messages.
- Messages you send to the optional assistant, and a short summary of your file when that feature is used. The assistant is informational and can be wrong.
You can browse the home screen, services, doctors, and branches without signing in. Bookings and the medical file require an account.
How we use data
We use this data to run the clinic’s patient app: sign-in, appointments, your file, messages, optional nutrition and weight tools, and notifications you allow. We do not sell personal information.
Health data
Health information is used to provide the clinic service you requested and the optional tools you open. It is not used to advertise to you. The app does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace a clinician. See the medical disclaimer.
Who receives data
Clinic staff who care for you can see the records needed for your visit. Bee Developments hosts the clinic system. A push-notification service (such as Firebase Cloud Messaging) may receive a device token if you allow notifications. We do not give your medical file to advertisers.
Retention and deletion
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the clinic service and to meet medical-record and legal duties. You can delete your sign-in from Profile in the app. Deleting the login does not always erase clinical records the clinic must keep.

Children
The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly create an account for a child under 13.
Security
The app talks to the clinic system over HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.

لا نبيع البيانات. طاقم العيادة يرى ما يلزم للزيارة. خدمة الإشعارات قد تستقبل رمز الجهاز فقط بعد موافقتك.
يمكنك حذف تسجيل الدخول من الملف الشخصي. السجل الطبي قد يبقى إذا ألزم القانون العيادة بالاحتفاظ به.
التطبيق ليس موجهاً لمن هم دون 13 عاماً، وليس أداة تشخيص. للطوارئ تواصل مع طبيب أو خدمة الطوارئ.
