The service
The app shows clinic information and lets you request appointments and, after you sign in, view information the clinic holds about you. Appointment times depend on the clinic. A request in the app is not confirmed until the clinic accepts it.
Your account
You must provide a real phone number that you can access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete sign-in from your profile.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to access another patient’s data, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the service.
Not medical advice
Clinic information, the assistant, and weight or calorie estimates are general information. They are not a diagnosis, prescription, or emergency service. Read the medical disclaimer.
Availability
We may change or pause features. The clinic, not the app screen, decides clinical care.
